Instructions for poster presentation

Dimensions: 1.10 m wide x 1.40 m high.
Posters will be fixed on panels with pins provided on site.

Audiovisual information

For all presentations Microsoft PowerPoint XP will be available. Files saved as version Powerpoint 95, 98, 2000, 2002, 2003 or XP will be supported.

To ensure technically flawless sessions, we are asking all presenters to bring their Microsoft Powerpoint presentations with them on CD-ROM (no multi-session) or USB-stick.
Videos should be in a .AVI (MediaPlayer) or .MOV (Quicktime) format. Authors are urged to upload their files before each session to avoid setup delays between presentations.

However, authors wishing to use their own laptops may do so, but should be aware that the additional setup time will decrease their alloted presentation time.
Authors using their own laptops have to use laptops with a VGA 15 pin HD FEMALE video output device.
